The Meisner family first fell in love with Panama City Beach back in 2009 when Fred and Gloria took their kids and grandkids on a summer trip. The white sandy beaches and clear Gulf waters quickly made PCB a family tradition, with Splash becoming their go-to spot every year.

 

Today, Brian and Megan live in Chesterfield, VA with their three kids and two Westies, Rizzo and Penny. After owning a 2-bedroom condo at Splash since 2013, they sold this unit in late 2025.  In 2017, we partnered with Brian’s parents to buy a 3-bedroom unit on the first floor (101E).

 

Fred and Gloria split their time between Mico, TX and Chesterfield, VA when they’re not enjoying their own Splash condo—a 2-bedroom with a bunk room—just steps from the beach. (107E)
